Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between [Company legal name] (“we”) and the clinic or business that signs up for DentoCRM (“you”). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

DentoCRM is software for running a clinic: appointments, patient records, messaging, billing, accounts and reports, on the web at app.dentocrm.com and in the mobile app. We may improve or change features over time.

Trial and subscription

• New accounts start with a free trial. After it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep using the service.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay. Prices are shown in the app and on dentocrm.com, plus applicable taxes.
• WhatsApp and SMS messages use message credits; extra credits can be bought in the app.
• If payment fails, access may be paused after a grace period. You can cancel any time; paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the patient data you enter and for having the right to collect it and to message patients (including consent for WhatsApp messages).
• Keep your logins secret and give staff only the access they need.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful content, or in breach of WhatsApp and Meta policies.
• Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your doctors; DentoCRM is a record-keeping and workflow tool.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. You can export it, and we delete it after you close your account as described there.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Third-party services (such as WhatsApp, SMS and payment gateways) have their own availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service, after notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in [city] have jurisdiction.
